Dr. Rosemary Lim is the Founder and Director of Grace At Work Consulting.
For more than two decades, she has focused her work on understanding and improving the safety and quality of healthcare.
Her work is systems-based and user-focused. Rosemary combines her experiences as a UK-registered pharmacist, Chartered Ergonomist and Human Factors Specialist, and academic to make an impact on people, teams and organisations.
Rosemary is an experienced and active researcher. She currently leads a number of projects in areas such as antimicrobial stewardship, dementia and healthcare safety investigations.
She is also an educator, having taught healthcare safety to a wide range of students ranging from undergraduate healthcare students to experienced healthcare practitioners. She is passionate about building healthcare safety practice and research capacity.
